WOW! I hadn't realized how long it's been since my last post! The start of the school year is so hectic and I have only 1 child!  I don't know how you mothers of multiples do it.  Greg works nights so I pick Jordan up from the after school program, fix dinner, go over homework, try to fit in time to read with him and before I know it it's bedtime....for both of us!

I have a little project to share with you.  I love easel cards and now love the one's with the drawers.  This one has 4 little drawers and I've made it for a friend of Jordan's.  She and her twin brother will be 8 and the party is Saturday so I've made this in the colors of her room and will get some girly-girl stuff for the little drawers-earrings and such.  My card portion uses the sketch from this weeks Sketch Saturday challenge.

I love making things for little girls and seldom get the chance.  I hope she doesn't think it's too frilly, lol. Here's a few more photos so you can take it all in, hahaha.  I'm very happy with the outcome-this is my 1st attempt at the little drawers and they are so easy.

I have to give kudos to Kristine who provided a wonderful tutorial on her blog for this design! Her directions are super easy to follow and the drawers come together in no time!  You can find her tutorial here.

Challenges:
Sketch Saturday:  the sketch
Stamptacular Sunday:  distress it
Stampin for the weekend: shabby or vintage
Stamp Something:  something cute
FabNFunky: whateva
Wild Orchid:  pearls & pins (and of course these gorgeous flowers)

Thanks for taking at peek!

Hello Janice, Such a wonderful project! I am certain this little girl will just love it, imagine her hiding little treasures in those little drawers! How cute. Colors and papers are bright and joyful, love all the details: pins, the swirl, pearls. So feminine. Thank you for joining us at Stamptacular Sunday and hope to see you again soon.
Hugs,
Danielle
