Hi Everyone. Whoohoo a long weekend ahead!! I hope to get lots of cards done this weekend, as well as dinner for Thanksgiving prepared, house cleaned, Christmas decorations up...etc etc. LOL. So much to do this weekend.

I am a frequent visitor to the Whiff of Joy website and blog and would like to announce their current challenge. They are currently looking for their new Guest Designer so I thought I would give it a try. Just create a card using the sketch I've attached below and anyone of their amazing stamps. I love them all- so whimsical- but opted for Willow with hot chocolate-one of my faves!

I love the all the blue in this little card and the sentiment was a great match for both the sentiment of the paper and the stamp. The sentiment stamp is from C.C. Designs Reindeer Games that I purchased from All That Scraps. Supplies used- cardstock, blue paisley dp is by Daisy D's, winter blue words is by the Paper Studio, book plate was made using my cricut-Fabulous Finds cartridge, and the little snowflake brad is from Making Memories. I loved this sketch! Willow was colored with my new copic markers....a great addition to my stamp supplies and I can't wait to add to my collection. Santa are you listening hahaha.

If you would like to participate in this challenge you can post your completed card on Paper Craft Planet. Good Luck to Everyone!! There is really some great talent out there. I'm off to bake.

Happy Monday! I can't believe how fast this month is flying by. I've been working on small crafts and some demonstrations for a craft show that is fastly approaching...Nov. 19. Hoping this will help promote my Uppercase Living business. Not much time left to get it all done. This is an item that I made Saturday using the glass blocks and block expression. I love these blocks-easy to assemble and versatile- not just for Christmas. I'm also making one for Jordan for Christmas to use as a bank- with his name on it-kids love anything with their name on it!

I used the 35 strand of mini-lights and some tulle to give it a snowy effect-and to hide the cord and the pretty Christmas ribbon is from Hobby Lobby.
I also made this little Christmas hanging yesterday using my coasters- I only have about 760 of those coasters left! I used my new Magno-licious stamps and colored them with my copic markers- an art form that I am still diligently working on but I think they still turned out very cute! My little skating snowman is from Stampin Up and the Happy Holidays ribbon is from American Craft. The letters for noel came from UppercaseLiving, of course.

Well that's it for today. Hopefully I will be able to add more before the week is up.
