I am back with another card! After what seems like a very long absence I have managed to post 3 days in a row!! Let's hope I can keep the momentum going, lol.
My card for today is for the Mojo Monday challenge. The sketch this week was awesome. I love this layout and love how it looks on my card.
I've used the cutest digital stamp but I did have difficulty when it came time to color it. The ink just would not dry and no matter what medium I used to color it the ink smeared. Any one out there with any suggestions feel free to comment.
Isn't he a cutie, though. I love this image and as soon as I saw it I thought of Goodnight Moon. The image as I said is a digital stamp from Dustin Pike. He has some of the cutest images. I love them.
Supplies I used: All cardstock is Stampin Up, DP is Karen Foster, the little storybook sticker is also Karen Foster, the ribbon was in my stash but I think it is Doodlebugs, little star brad, and teeny, tiny buttons (that I kept dropping!) This image was colored using my Stampin Up watercolor pencils.
Thanks for taking a peek!

Hi...this is going to be a quick post. My card for today is for the Friday Sketcher challenge. Murmur did an awesome sketch- I always enjoy working with her sketches.
I made this Saturday at our card -making get together. These are so much fun because you can borrow others stamp sets. That is what I did! I used this new set from Stampin Up- don't know the name but it is a great little coffee set. (one of my favorite things, lol).
I don't know who the dp is by, I've had this in my stash forever but thought it gave this card a great retro feel. I'm very happy with the outcome. The circles were a perfect way to use those cute little coffee cup stamps. I accented with a few brads from Making Memories and the ribbon is from American Crafts. A simple little card.
Back tomorrow with yet another card made on Saturday!

Hello...So how is your weekend going? I spent yesterday doing what I love-making cards- so today I guess will be spent doing what I don't like so much-housework. LOL.
Sonia, one of my stamping/scrapping buddies hosted a card making day yesterday and it was so much fun. I managed to whip off 3 cards- ok so some of the others had 8 and 9 done. I am sooo slow. We did 2 sketch challenges and it is so fun to see all the different cards made from 1 sketch.
My card for today was made with 2 challenges in mind. The first was a color challenge- pink & green for Just Magnolia. The 2nd challenge was a sketch challenge for Sketch Saturday.
Pretty easy little sketch and worked well with my image.
Supplies Used- All cardstock and dp is from Stampin Up. I love Stampin Up's dp and this paper is from the Tea Party collection- so pretty. My Tilda stamp is, of course, from Magnolia and the sentitment stamp is stampin Up. Scallop edges done with my scallop stamp-also from Stampin Up.
Well hope the rest of your weekend goes well-I'm off to do my chores...ugh!

Well it's been awhile since I've been in my room but I have finished a challenge. My exam is behind me...yeah!! No more endless hours of reading and studying.
Hopefully I am getting this card in just under the wire. My card is for the new Magnolia site- Just Magnolia. This is there 1st challenge and though I don't have many magnolia's yet I thought I would use my little Tilda with lamb stamp. I never got a chance to use it before Easter but still think it is a great little stamp to celebrate spring.
Donalda provided the sketch for this weeks challenge and it is a good one.

Here is my take-
The colors don't appear as vibrant here as in person- I lost my daylight. All cardstock and dp is by Stampin Up. I love this line of dp- it's called Tea Party and every sheet is so pretty. My tiny little flowers are primas and the ribbon I've had in my stash for eons and is by Bo Bunny.
Well that is it for me today. I am anxiously awaiting Saturday. I am going to a card making day at Sonia's- 11:00 -4:00, yippee. All day out of the house with no interuptions from kids or hubby! I should be able to get alot of challenges done- fingers crossed. I know it will be a fun time
Will have lots to post:)

Hi Everyone! This is a real quick post today....I'm running late for work. Where are my priorities, lol. The card for today is for the Mojo Monday Challenge. They provided a great sketch, as always.
My card is all done in black and white...yes another one! I just love this look and actuallyit is perfect for this stamp set. I needed a wedding card for a shower at work tomorrow and this is what I came up with. I am actually quite happy with it. I did notice that it strays from the sketch just a little...I have my ribbon going the wrong way.
All the card stock is stampin up and I used my cuttlebug on the panels. The stamp set is from Inkadinkadoo that I picked up yesterday at Michael's. I love this set. It came with several nice sentiments, to. Very fast, simple card but elegant. Ok got to run....I am going to be late!
